Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Natura Studio and its licensors. Except to the extent that applicable laws prevent us from restraining you from doing so, you agree that you will not reproduce, copy, alter, modify, change, or create derivative works from the website/service, the website content and documents. The service and its content may not be used to claim as your own or used to sell to other parties or patients for a profit.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Natura Studio.

Natura Studio has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Natura Studio shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

Respectful Behaviour

Aggressive, rude and inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated at Natura studio. We ask that you respect our practitioners, facilities and other clients at all times. Natura Studio reserves the right to refuse service if such behaviour occurs, and your consultation will be terminated.

Pricing

Pricing of our services and consultations may be changes at any time without notice.

Payments

Invoices must be paid on the date of service. A late payment fee of $30 will be applied to the invoice once it becomes 3 days overdue.

Refunds

Consultations: No refunds will be issued for consultations.

Supplements: If you wish to receive a refund for a supplement, you must contact Vital.ly within 7 days of receiving your order to organise a refund.

Test kits: Tests which have been completed cannot be refunded. If you wish to return a test which has not yet been completed, you must contact Natura Studio via email to organise the return of the test kit(s) within 14 days of purchase. Your refund will be processed once the test kit(s) have been returned. A cancellation fee of $50 per test kit will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

The time of our practitioners and other clients is valuable to us, therefore Natura Studio has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Notice of 24 hours or more is required for the cancellation of all bookings. Cancellations with less than the required 24 hours notice, or failure to attend your appointment will result in a $65 cancellation fee/failure to attend fee being issued to the patient.

Changes to Appointments

In the case that your practitioner cannot attend your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified as soon as possible and your appointment will be rescheduled to your earliest convenience.
